Organization of paraplegics Ljubljana region
Organization of paraplegics Ljubljana region is a relatively large organization for the disabled, with 310 members. It is operating in public interest and unites the most seriously physically disabled who have to use a wheelchair in their daily lives. Elektoncek d.d. donated funds for the purchase of a multi-purpose vehicle, adapted to the needs of transporting the disabled.
Sponsorship funds were also allocated for the implementation of 12th international tournament in basketball on wheelchairs "28th Pogacnikov memorial". Paraplegics and their friends from Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany and Croatia traditionally take part in this tournament.

Humanitarian donations
Humanitarian donations by the company Elektroncek d.d. have been given for the most physically disabled persons. Humanitarian donor ship arises from understanding and at the same time it is made in the wish to help the receiver and his/her family ease everyday troubles, and adds some joy to their lives.

Organization of paraplegics Ljubljana region is a relatively large organization for the disabled, with 310 members. Paraplegics and their friends from Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany and Croatia traditionally take part in this tournament.

Elektroncek d.d. donated funds to help the school buy the wheelchair lift to overcome architectural obstacles.
Training Centre “Elvira Vatovec”, Strunjan
Center for education and training comprises 70 children with handicap in mental development and special needs. After decades of their activity, they are collecting funds to enable them to move to another location.
Training Institute “Janez Levec”
The institute unites and helps 92 children with handicap in mental development. In addition to its regular programe, the institute organizes numerous free-time activities, which were supported by Elektroncek d.d..
Clown doctors - red noses
Many kids in hospital face a hard time. Clown Doctors address the psycho-social needs of the child in hospital in a unique way. By parodying the hospital routine, the Clown Doctors help children feel less traumatized by medical procedures. Oversize medical equipment, “red-nose’ transplants, ‘cat’ scans, humor checks and funny bone examinations are all part of the fun. By exaggerating intimidating jargon and procedures to extremes, fear and anxiety are reduced. Elektroncek d.d. helped children and sponsored one week programe, which was held by Clown Doctors in Pediatrics Clinic in Ljubljana.
